- The company Upper Fox Inc. was founded in 2018 with the aim of bringing the software and hardware solution developed during the implementation of our own project to production readiness and marketing.

- The founder of Upper Fox Inc. is Mr. Oliver Schubert, former founding partner of TimoCom Soft- und Hardware GmbH from Germany. Due to his many years of experience in software development, he and three other founding members were able to build up TimoCom Soft- und Hardware GmbH into a medium-sized company with more than 400 employees within 10 years.
